Judges 6:13Judges 6:13

기드온이 그에게 대답하되 ‘나의 주여 여호와께서 우리와 함께 계시면 어찌하여 이 모든 일이 우리에게 미쳤나이까 또 우리 열조가 일찍 우리에게 이르기를 여호와께서 우리를 애굽에서 나오게 하신 것이 아니냐 한 그 모든 이적이 어디 있나이까 이제 여호와께서 우리를 버리사 미디안의 손에 붙이셨나이다’

  • Bold, larger (ˈ) = say it strong and a little longer — the stressed syllable.
  • Faint = weak and short (a reduced vowel). Don't give every syllable equal weight.
  • Tiny 으 · 트 · 스 = barely voiced. English has no vowel there — stop on the consonant.
  • Whole word faint (the, of, and, to…) = light and quick in a sentence; stress the content words.
  • Small f v θ ð r = sounds Korean doesn't have — f: upper teeth on the lower lip; v: the same, voiced; θ/ð: tongue tip between the teeth; r: tongue curled back, touching nothing.
