2 Corinthians 7:112 Corinthians 7:11

보라 하나님의 뜻대로 하게 한 이 근심이 너희로 얼마나 간절하게 하며, 얼마나 변명하게 하며, 얼마나 분하게 하며, 얼마나 두렵게 하며, 얼마나 사모하게 하며, 얼마나 열심 있게 하며, 얼마나 벌하게 하였는가 너희가 저 일에 대하여 일절 너희 자신의 깨끗함을 나타내었느니라

  • Bold, larger (ˈ) = say it strong and a little longer — the stressed syllable.
  • Faint = weak and short (a reduced vowel). Don't give every syllable equal weight.
  • Tiny 으 · 트 · 스 = barely voiced. English has no vowel there — stop on the consonant.
  • Whole word faint (the, of, and, to…) = light and quick in a sentence; stress the content words.
  • Small f v θ ð r = sounds Korean doesn't have — f: upper teeth on the lower lip; v: the same, voiced; θ/ð: tongue tip between the teeth; r: tongue curled back, touching nothing.
